Resolve "Automated release process"

Implement a proper build and release pipeline that support all our usecases. We now can have separate feature branches, a develop, and a release branch that are all build independently. Releases are created using tags and the changelog is created based on Changelog information in the commits.

Some parts of the release process is documented in the EvoAl Wiki and we will document it more thorougly in the near future.
