Prepare EvoAl for explicit data validation

Summary

Data validation is-at the moment-done within several components. It would be nice to have some separate tool to check data validity. To this end, we have to do different changes

• Add data loading component to the generator framework
• Make different data validation aspects available for separate usage
• Create a common model of validations and the corresponding reporting
