Remove run and target from statistics writers

While discussing #40 (closed), @cplump came up with the idea of removing the run and target column from the statistic writers, if it is not used.

AFAIR, the value is set somewhere in HeuristicSearchMain to the WriterContext and thus automatically copied to the writer output.
