Robokudo size annotator

Naser Azizi requested to merge robokudo_sizeAnnotator into main

As previously discussed in mid-August, I have relocated the SizeAnnotatorBB from the SuturoRKRobocup package to the core of robokudo. I have integrated several processing steps from the ClusterPoseBBAnnotator to enhance the accuracy of fitting 3D oriented bounding boxes. Similar to the ClusterPoseBBAnnotator, the SizeAnnotatorBB encounters similar challenges.

Please take a look at the codebase and if you notice anything let me know.
