Removing local dependencies to create the TatSu parser, generating the grammar inside the docker container.

Using two different docker-compose files, one using the local build context and one to deploy using the container registry.

This should allow the docker container registry to pick up the proper
image during the jenkins auto deployment.

Reading it inside docker-compose.

This is achieved by mounting it at the directory specified using the
environment variable APPLICATION_ROOT.
