- pulseaudio-ctl pretty much does all I needed here

- also migrate go test coverage
- should probably move that to a function, so in rust code that
  could be rust test coverage, etc.

- my cmp bindings stopped working for some reason, it used to just
  work with ctrl-n/p but now that aborts the completion
- might be the 0.7 upgrade I did recently
- on 0.8-dev this works for me

this plugin might be a candidate to just write myself as a fun
exercise at some point...

more standardized across the keyboards on the machines I use right
now.
