ARM Docker image misnamed as desktop-full

The ARM Docker image (gitlab.informatik.uni-bremen.de:5005/cirdan/docker_images/ros_humble-desktop-full:ubuntu-jammy-cpu-only-arm64-XYZ) is currently named desktop-full, although it only contains the desktop variant. The discrepancy is confusing and should be fixed so that the image name correctly reflects its contents.
